For
custom or personalized orders, all sales are final, returns and exchanges are
not possible. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and
shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
If a
wall hanging is damaged during transport, we will happily arrange an exchange
free of charge.
Contact
us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship
items back within: 7 days of delivery

a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Buyers
are responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from the
amount to be refunded.
The
item must come back in perfect condition. If the item is not returned in its
original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.In cases of
exchange and return, you will need to ship the products securely to the Turkiye
address that we will share with you.
Any packages returned due to refusal to pay
customs fees and/or it was not collected by the buyer will be subject

Once
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will
be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping
In
cases of exchange and return, you will need to ship the products securely to
the Turkiye address that we will share with you.
You
will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the
time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you
should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
