Shipping / Delivery

All wall art and woods come with Free Worldwide Shipping (Except some countries). All orders are usually shipped with FEDEX EXPRESS and typically have a 2-4 business days transit time. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please be aware that depending on your country, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Bonnie Handmade is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes and for delays due to customs.

Import& Custom Taxes
Please note that while shipping is on us, import taxes, duties and other fees might still apply on your order. When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Processing Time
Since all our work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times can be found in all listing descriptions. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies:

Ready-to-ship pieces: 1-4 business days

Made to order pieces: 1-3 weeks

All orders are shipped with Fedex Express, with 2 – 4 business days transit time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
